Our product ball valves come in two variants of bronze and cast iron ball valves. These products are manufactured by NETA Metal Works.

NETA Bronze Ball Valve: These are full bore, two piece design with stainless steel (AISI-410) ball and blow out proof stem. These have teflon (P.T.F.E.) body seat rings & seals and lever operated. These consist of screwed female BSP (IS:554) parallel threads or flanged ends to BS:10 Table 'D'.

NETA Cast Iron Ball Valve: These are full bore, two piece (screwed ends) or three piece (flanged ends) design with stainless steel (AISI-410) ball and blow out proof stem. These have Teflon (P.T.F.E.) body seat rings & seals and lever operated. These consist of screwed female BSP (IS:554) parallel threads or flanged ends to BS:10 Table 'F'.

Our product gate valve comes in two variants of cast steel and forged steel gate valves. These products are manufactured by NETA Metal Works.

NETA Cast Steel Gate Valve: This product is of Class-150 to BS:1414/API-600, with outside screw and yoke type. It has bolted bonnet, with solid or flexible wedge, 13% Cr S.S. (AISI-410) trim, flanged ends to ANSI-B 16.5 Class-150, raised face.

NETA Forged Steel Class 800 Gate Valve: It has standard or reduced bore to BS:5352/API 602 bolted bonnet, with outside screw and yoke type, rising stem, 13% Cr stainless steel (AISI-410) trim, screwed female ( BSPT, NPT, API ) threads or socket weld ends.

We supply globe valves manufactured by NETA and BHEL. We offer following variants:

B.H.E.L Hand Operated Cast Steel Globe valve 40 ATA Ratings: It has outside screw & yoke, rising stem and bolted bonnet. There is back seat arrangement to repack the gland when the valves are in service. It has carbon steel body and yoke or bonnet to ASTM A 216 Gr.WCB. It consists of stem of ASTM A 182 seat ring and disc of 13% Cr. SS facing. Flanged ends are drilled to ND-40. It is suitable for 40 kg/cm2 (570psig) working pressure at 200 C (392 f) temperature. Its body is hydraulically tested to 60 kg/cm2 (855 psig) and seat to 40 kg/cm2 (570psig). It conforms to IBR in form III c with manufacturers guarantee certificate. It is available in sizes ½” to 12”.

Cast Steel Globe Valve: Our product cast steel globe valve consists of the cast iron moisture separator which is designed to remove entrained water particles from steam so that they can be drained away as condensate.
Available Sizes & Pipe Connections: 15, 20 & 25 NB; Screwed BSPT/ NPT

NETA Forged Steel Class 800 Globe Valve: This product has standard / reduced bore to BS:5352 bolted bonnet, outside screw and yoke type, rising stem, 13% Cr stainless steel ( AISI-410 ) trim, screwed female ( BSPT, NPT, API ) threads or socket weld ends.

NETA Bronze Horizontal Lift Check Valve: It is screwed in cover with 13% Cr stainless steel (AISI-410) trim, with screwed female BSP parallel / flanged BS-10 Table 'H' or Table 'F' ends.

NETA Bronze Accessible Feed Check Valve: It has outside screw & yoke type with 13% Cr S.S. (AISI-410) trim straight / curved inlet, flanged ends to BS-10 Table 'H'.

NETA Bronze Controllable Feed Check Valve: It has outside screw & yoke type with 13% Cr S.S. (AISI-410) trim, with straight inlet, flanged ends to BS-10 Table 'H'.

NETA Cast Iron Horizontal Lift Check Valve: It conforms to BS:5153, with bolted cover, straight / right angle pattern, stainless steel 13% Cr (AISI-410) / 18/8% Cr / Ni stainless steel / (AISI-304) / bronze trim, flanged ends to BS:4504 Part-1 Table 16/11/DIN 2533 PN 16.

NETA Cast Iron Accessible Feed Check Valve: This product comes in variants with inspection / without inspection branch. It has customized angle pattern, 13% Cr stainless steel (AISI-410) trim, curved or straight inlet, flanged to BS-10 Table 'F'.

NETA Cast Steel Horizontal Lift Check Valve: This product has straight pattern to BS:5160 PN-40/DIN 2401, PN-40. It has bolted cover, 13% Cr S.S. (AISI-410) trim, flanged ends to BS:4504 Part 1 Table 40/1/DIN 2545 PN-40 and raised face.

NETA Forged Steel Class 800 Horizontal Lift Check Valve: This product has standard / reduced bore to BS:5352 compliance. It has bolted cover, 13% Cr stainless steel (AISI-410) trim, screwed female (BSPT, NPT, API ) threads or socket weld ends.
